I was a real estate syndicator before becoming a full time artist and I see a BIG opportunity for syndicators to stand out by putting their personality and character on camera.


Most syndicators are still raising money the same way they were 5 years ago: Most of the strategy mage of an apartment, a graphic that shows an ~18% IRR, and a funnel to get them on a boring, poorly lit webinar.


For a few years I have been creating high quality media for landing pages and for the opening webinars. This media would have engaging music, a lot of you and your team, and it displays the deal in high quality,


This has 3 main advantages:

  1. It provides potential investors with a good understanding of the project and your character and it provides an emotion impact (rather than only a logical one) about the deal before your webinar starts or your team talks to them - saving time and creating more buy-in
  2. It leans into the truism of "How you do one thing is how you do everything". If you are an owner that invests in high quality media your investors will know you produce high quality everything
  3. It shows the investors that you're willing to put boots on the ground to go to your deals and show it to them, a surprising rarity in this business

What does this cost?

Rates start at $5,000

No syndicator wants to outlay cash while raising money so I'm very happy to negotiate a higher rate but taking my payment after your deal closes

Some syndicators also pay my no cash at all and trade my work for equity, this is especially appealing to partners who want to work together long term

Where are you based and do you travel?

I live in Austin, Texas but I will go anywhere in the world

I charge for travel and hotel, but I'm low maintenance

Does it have to be a syndication or do you work with other types of projects?

I work with anyone who I believe is a morally good person and is going to do the best they can to serve their partners.

I mention syndicators is because I have extensive knowledge in that field, but I will work on any project where I can be useful and seems exciting

What do you actually deliver?

While each project has it's individual needs, broadly I deliver the following:

- A 3 minute narrative video to be played on your landing page and at the front of your webinars
- Images of the deal, the team, and you - lots of images
- A collection of shorter videos based on client need for example FAQ videos, short form content for social, creative assets for paid marketing needs
